We will start by getting you involved with our real estate team to find the perfect lot. Then we will move to the design phase. Once the design is complete we will move on to the construction phase, and before you know it, you will be moved in to your dream home!

Commercial Construction/ Tenant finishes
Starting a new company or moving your business to a different location? Need help designing your new space? Our design and construction team can get you into your new space and open for business as quickly and painlessly as possible.
We build new commercial buildings as well as tenant finishes. We do projects including retail, fitness centers, multi-family, restaurants, child care facilities, and more.
Basement finishes
Need some extra living space in your home? A basement finish is a great way to gain square footage without breaking the wallet. Our design team will explore the different possibilities that your basement has to offer. We will then draft a plan that maximizes the use of space and begin developing a budget. Once the design and budget has been established, we will get the construction team lined up to begin the work.

Land Development
Sitting on some land that you would like to develop or subdivide? We can help. Aliversa Builders will work with you through the development review process to ensure the project you want is carried out from start to approval. We work with you to ensure the project meets Land Use Code and design standards for the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, and other nearby jurisdictions we are very familiar with.
If you already have an approved lot or subdivision but are looking for a contractor, we have experience in northern Colorado with residential and commercial developments.
ENERGY EFFICIENT HOMES
Energy efficiency is or specialty. One of our main focuses is building an air tight and efficient home. Aliversa Builders has completed homes with the following certifications; Energy Star, EPA Indoor AirPLUS, and Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home.
Energy Star - Energy Star is a government program that promotes energy efficiency. A Energy Star Certified Home must be designed, constructed, and verified to meet rigorous requirements for the energy efficiency set by the EPA. These requirement categories include thermal enclosure system, water management system, heating, cooling, and ventilation system, energy efficient lighting and appliances, and a HERS score. A HERS score is essentially index score for your home, rating the energy efficiency. Typically there are rebates associated with Energy Star Certified Homes.
EPA Indoor AirPLUS - This certification is a government program that promotes indoor air quality. A EPA Indoor AirPLUS Certified Home must meet the requirements set forth by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. These requirements include moisture and mold control, radon resistant construction, pest barriers, effective heating, ventilating, and air-conditions systems, safe combustion, and healthier building materials.
ZERO Energy Ready Home - This certification requires the home to be designed, engineered, and constructed in conformance to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) guidelines for extraordinary levels of excellence and air quality. In order to obtain this certification, your home must meet the requirements for Energy Star, EPA Indoor AirPLUS, and the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code.
